I made an order online for a contracted sim card. The SIM card arrived, and the letter asked me to activate it. Went online, and couldnt activate because it says my birthday data is wrong. I remember very well that I did it correctly. After having some problems with it, went to an O2 physical store. The guy at the counter couldnt help me at all, claiming he couldnt do anything if i dont have my telefonummer. Well, i NEVER received one since doing the contract. How should i proceed?
