Why is it deactivated? End of contract? How long ago was it deactivated?

If your contract has ended, you can take your old phone number to another SIM card.

Should the phone number be ported to a new O2 contract or to one of our prepaid cards? You can then simply apply for phone number portability online in Mein o2. 

If you want to take it to another provider, please apply there for the number.

I was away for two months due to family problems in another country. While I was away, I had a problem with the bank(online payment). I haven't paid my bill in two months, and when I got back, I paid what I owed, but my service was deactivated. How do I activate my subscription again, my tarif.

thank you for your response. Your contract was deactivated because of the arrears in the last months. There are still outstanding payments. The contract cannot be reactivated again.

I am sorry. 
But unfortunately we received the payment too late. 
The contracts had already been deactivated.
All the letters we sent you were returned as undeliverable. Please get in touch with the collection agency so that you can clarify what still needs to be paid. 
A reactivation is, as already written, unfortunately not possible.
