Hi, i have blocked the sim card beacuse i didnt know how too get the sim card working, what i do know?

I'm not sure what exactly happened. If I misunderstood you, would you like to describe in a bit more detail what you did?
Is the SIM card blocked because you entered an incorrect PIN? Then you can unlock it again with the help of the PUK. You will find both printed on the holder of your SIM card.
