Sim and phone order

Hi community, 

I ordered one week ago a sim card and mobile by contract and i already paid the 1euro deposit but I still waiting for both (sim card and phone) without any email to clarify the situation.

Any ideas what should i do?

I regret that you did not yet receive any sim-card and device. 

 

Did you receive an order confirmation when you ordered the contracts?

Did you order the contracts directly at o2 or through a reseller?

When was the date of order?

Is the delivery-address correct and is your name mentioned on your letter-box?

 

If you do not see any reason why the contracts did not arrive at your place, just let me know so that we can examine it in detail.
