I’m having a lot of problems with my contract and SIM.
first, I can’t open my account in the app, is always standing that there is a technical problem with. Then I open my account on my browser and works…. but I still receiving emails where say that:Wir bitten um Ihre Unterstützung
Bestätigen Sie bitte Ihre E-Mail-Adresse.….. I click on the link and sent me to the app that I can’t even open…..
Second I called 3 days ago asking for my SIM and they asked me again for my full name, address and birth date what I answered successfully, I received an email where stand that I will receive my SIM. After 5 minuts I received that’s:
