I ordered a phone 10 hours ago, I received the order number but that's all. I didn't receive an email as if the phone is on its way to me . When will I get the phone?

You will receive an email when the phone is shipped. But certainly not in the night on weekends.

What model of phone have you ordered? And did you already receive an information that it was shipped or are you waiting for this to happen? You can check the status of your order and the delivery here. Generally if the package has been handed to DHL to ship it to you, this happens within a few days.

iPhone 13 mini . I’m waiting for the email that it was shipped. I just got the order number, nothing else more

I hope you’ll be having plenty of fun once you hold that iPhone in your hands then. You ordered it yesterday, so today it’s probably running through our inhouse logistics and I’d expect it to get shipped out tomorrow, at which point it’s probably a day or two for it to arrive. So all in all probably some time this week.
