Hi , I have ordered iPhone 16 pro max on 6 January 2025 and I still have not received any email for delivering confirmation. When I ordered you said it's available and it gonna take just few days .Also, I have to travel next week I don't know what I have to do. Am I going to receive it next week or should I cancel it ?

@Aniba Kira It’s gonna (sic) take a bit longer at the moment because o2 is catching up on orders that could not be processed in the past couple of weeks du to a logistics system change. What is the status of your oder?

Hiii O2 , today is Saturday and I still didn't receive nothing,this is really too much I didn't expect that
