Dear O2 team,
I have got now again a new letter for sepa mandate as final reminder. I had discussed this with service center over the call, when I had got the first letter, this was sent due to wrongly sent new connections to my account, the 2 nee connections were deactivated after I complained about it, and then for sepa I was said to ignore it, there was a call where the associate , upon asking several times, confirmed to ignore this as there is no change to account. So why am I getting the new letter as final reminder?
Can you check and support me with the resolution. I am getting clueless with the way O2 works.
