My SEPA direct debit failed due to lack of balance for my prepaid internet/calling pack. Do I need to transfer the amount somewhere or they will carry out another debit on their own in a few days? Thanks in advance.

If a direct debit has failed, please transfer the invoice amount to us. You will find the bank details on your invoice.

Please do not wonder, you will be charged with a return debit fee on your next invoice.

I cannot find the invoice/bank details.

If that is the case, you can use the following bank details:
