Hallo! Ich hatte am Telefon Schulden. Heute habe ich es ausgeschaltet. Aber die Schulden belasten immer noch

Kannst du dein Problem näher beschreiben?

Vielleicht auf englisch, wenn es einfacher für dich ist?


Telefon und Nummer wurden in Raten übernommen. Jetzt gibt es Schulden. Obwohl ich früher automatisch von der Karte aus geschossen habe. Am Montag, den 29. Juli, habe ich die Schulden beglichen. Das Geld wurde von der Karte abgebucht. Aber die Schulden belasten immer noch.


Phone and number was taken in installments. Now there is debt. Although I used to shoot automatically from the card. On Monday, July 29, I paid the debt. The money has been taken from the card. But debt still weighs.

The 29th was Saturday and you mean you transferred money from your account to o2? If so, did you use the correct account number and put only your customer number as the reference?


Confused. Monday July 31st. There is a bank statement. Yes, I gave my number. The amount is 136 euros. And I don't understand why it's taking so long. I'm worried. That nothing is happening. It's been 4 days already. Just call someone to find out.


It still says unpaid in the app and mein o2? Then yes, you should call o2 and check.

"You gave your number" = customer number? Not mobile number!


The client number is correct, the invoice is correct too. But for some reason nothing happens. The money was taken from the card.


Which card? You mean your bank account?

You need to call o2 to check this.


Yes, I gave the client number. And it says that it was not paid. Although the money was withdrawn and there is a bank statement

I’ve just checked your accounts with us, and on both of them we received a payment from you today and the accounts are not in balance. It will take some time until this gets reflected in your mein o2 onlineportal.
