Hallo,

I bought a Samsung GalaxyBook Pro laptop two days ago, and now that I've reached it because the monitor is not touch, I want to replace it with the Samsung GalaxyBook pro 360, is it possible?

Thanks for your message. If you ordered the device online or by telephone, you have still the chance to use the withdrawal-period of 14 days. 

Please see here the instructions what to do in order to return the device to o2 again:
