I ordered S22 ultra 512G on Samsung website with o2 ultimate contract. I did not receive the simcard and cell phone until now. The expected delivery changed from April 1, 2022 to May 2, 2022 which is so late.

Today O2 sent me an an email contain an invoice “i nvoice amount:  EUR 42.13  Billing period:  03/14/2022 –  03/14/2022” which will be deducted on 28/03/22 .

  1. Because I do not have the simcard, I do not have any access to the original invoice in myo2. I can't create an account without the simcard and confirm my email address.
  2. How did my contract begin without any simcard and cellphone? Is is a fraud?
  3. Should I cancel my order because of this mess?

You should ask Samsung or powwow GmbH these questions

The SIM card was activated by powwow GmbH.
o2 only knows that the SIM card has been activated, but not that it has not been delivered.
When you placed your order, you confirmed that you would accept the simultaneous delivery of hardware and SIM card.
