I ordered S22 ultra 512G on Samsung website with o2 ultimate contract. I did not receive the simcard and cell phone until now. The expected delivery changed from April 1, 2022 to May 2, 2022 which is so late.
Today O2 sent me an an email contain an invoice “i nvoice amount: EUR 42.13 Billing period: 03/14/2022 – 03/14/2022” which will be deducted on 28/03/22 .
- Because I do not have the simcard, I do not have any access to the original invoice in myo2. I can't create an account without the simcard and confirm my email address.
- How did my contract begin without any simcard and cellphone? Is is a fraud?
- Should I cancel my order because of this mess?
