i would like to inform you that i was not able to received my O2 router and at the same time wont be able to pick it up to DHL Gerlingen. I am still on vacation.  Is there a possibility that you will send it again at the end of this month?

in what context was the router sent? New contract or replacement device?


It is a new contract.


When you return from vacation, contact customer service and ask for a new shipment.

if the hardware is currently being kept at a postal office, and you are not able to get the package from there because you are on vacation right now, then this package will eventually be returned back to us. Usually after a time of roughly a week. If you aren’t able to make that time frame, then the hardware will have to be send out again, for that you’ll have to contact us or the hotline.

I know it’s been some time, but did you make it back in time to receive your hardware or was it send out again and you’ve gotten it this way. We’d be happy to hear from you.
