you don´t have to return the card, but you´ll need to withdraw from the contract.

Please check your Mails from o2 for the “Widerrufsbelehrung”.

Use that form and send it back within 14 days after you´ve received that mail to widerruf@cc.o2online.de , to make use of your right to step back from the contract.

“einen Widerruf einreichen” as we call it in german. This only applies to contract, which are ordered via telephone or internet, since those fall under the act “Fernabsatzgesetz”.
