Hello ,

I have a contract from April 2018- March 2020 on this no : +49 176 xxxx724 under "O2 free M mit 15gb" plan. Since, I heard contracts in Germany are evergreen, I hereby confirm that, I would not like to extend the contract further than the end time which is March 2020.

Basically, I want the contract to end for good after March 2020. Kindly, give me an acknowledgement of my message.

Contracts must be terminated in text form (letter or fax) ... a forum like this one is not suitable for this.
Where should I submit the form? and u got any particular template for a letter or a form?

There are templates for termination in the World Wide Web, search for "Kündigungsvorlage o2 Mobilfunk" or write an informal letter with the personal details (name, address, date of birth, customer number, phone number).

Hello Sir/Madam,

 

I have sent the contract termination letter to the Munich address of O2 i.e 

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG Georg-Brauchle-Ring 50 80992 München 

This address was told to me by the O2 shop owner from whom I took my contract.
 

Will this be fine or do I need to send the O2 contract cancellation letter again to the Nürnberg address of O2 Telephonica ??

Hi, thanks for your reply, I went to the O2 shop or center near me from where I got my contract. They told me to send the contract termination letter to Munich address.

Will it not be forwarded to Nürnberg ?
