Hallo Team ,

 

I order a mobile phone from the O2 store who informed me that it comes with three SIM cards i signed the contract  for getting the phone and the 3 sim cards . The delivery was delayed and in the mean time i recieved my Phone , earbuds and ultra watch which i had ordered online . So i returned the Phone which i had ordered from the store the very next day i recieved it .  This means i canceled the complete contract not part of it as i signed for a contract with three sim cards and phone and not only for the phone. I approched the O2 store from where i did the contract and he denied to cancel the contract fro the three sim cards. I contacted customer service and they informed me that it should be canceled . What should i do ? i am paying 35 euros monthly for next 2 years for nothing. Please help me

That is not so nice if you got a contract which you did not want in one of our shops. Did you get one contract with three SIM cards or three contracts with a SIM card each? Was the contract or none of the contracts connected to the iPhone which you also ordered in that shop and cancelled?

Unfortunately we cannot have a look from here right away for data security reasons, as you are not logged in with your phone number here with us.

If you have not yet registered your contract with your phone number for a Mein o2 customer account, you can do this and then register here wit a new user name, so that we are allowed to have a look at your data and the contract:

Can you look at my contract please ,i have logged in now as instructed .  i only have 2 contracts , one this handy which i pay 72 euros and another contract with 2 sim cards - the other 3 sim cards was forced on me . I have returned the handset and ear buds as they were defective and theay reached me after 7 days ,but i returned the phone within 14 days so the complete contract should have been canceled but the shop where i bought the phone and sim says even if you have returned the phone the sim cards are with you and the contract cannot be canceled . please help me to cancel the contract as i had the contarct along with teh mobile device , if i returned the mobile device why would i need the 3 sim cars which i got along with the main contract. I already recieved the phone i ordered through O2 online . please help me here . my phone number is XXXXXXX

did you first register for Mein o2 and then, while logged in there registered anew for our forum with a different account and a different username?

For your new username still is an account not linked to a contract and phone number, so we are not able to access your personal data and have a look for you for reasons of the protection of the data of our customers.

Please try again to login while logged in Mein o2.

@sidbini Normally you can‘t cancel a contract you signed in the store.

Did you receive a contract summary by email before you signed the contract?

If you live in a bigger city search for the Verbraucherzentrale and ask for help.
