Hallo, I have ordered O2 sim card online (*******065), at first it was activated and same day it was deactivated. As I requested for number portability (********117), I thought it was deactivated, I got a mail stating that my number portability was successful, even after several times restarting my phone still the sim card is not working. I request for new activated sim card (*******117) and extend the tariff period if possible as I couldn’t not use it.
