I extended my contract and canceled my eSIMs, but I’m still being charged for them every month. The charges are added to my bill, and I have to call O2 customer service each time. They promise it will not be added next time, but the issue repeats every month. What can I do to resolve this?

I'm waiting here for an o2 employee who will carry out the commercial deactivation and create a credit note.

I’ve removed the multicard fees that were still being processed, even though you aren’t using any additional multicards anymore. I’ve also added a reimbursement for the bill, so now everything should finally be in order again with your contract. I’m sorry that this has been an issue for you.
