I’m interested in renewing my contract with the 20gb 16,99€ offer I’m shown, and also buying a Pixel 6 phone. The offers I’m shown during the renewal flow don’t include the Pixel 6 however.

 Is there an o2 expert here who can help me with this? O2 forum staff have kindly sent me personalized offers in the past, by email, and I got my last phone exactly this way

Can you write again exactly which contract and which device (in which version) you would like? As I understand it:

  • o2 Free M (20 GB data volume)
  • Pixel 6 (not the pro version?) And in which color would you like to have it - coral, green or black?

Yes, the the 20gb M contract is fine, and the normal Pixel 6. Colour black, but blue if it's cheaper

Thanks for sending the offer. Unfortunately the phone works out at 696€ if I calculated correctly. It's available in Mediamarkt etc für 559, so i won't be accepting the offer.

Hi, you're welcome to send a contract offer without a phone, if you can improve on what's offered through the app. The best I've been offered so far is the M plan with 20gb @ 16,99 per month. If you do send an offer please don't include the 5 Euro "weitersurf guarantee" as i don't need this.

Hi, thanks for sending it. I was in Berlin at the weekend, where I caught Corona, so between both of these things i  haven't got round to thinking about the contract.

I'll come back to the topic in a week or two, but i'm not feeling too great right now, the contract is not my priority.
