I ordered iPhone 15 pro max and paid for it using my Credit Card. I paid the initial one time fee for it since I was somehow not eligible for a 0 payment. Afterwards, I did not receive any confirmation of my payment, instead I just got a thank you webpage which made no sense. Later, I receive an email saying my contract was rejected for whatever reason and I can’t be given a phone. I decided to order it with full payment from Apple directly instead. It’s been 3 weeks and I still did not get my refund. I contacted the hotline and they are clueless. I tried emailing Impressum@cc.o2online.de describing my whole situation and even attached the proof of payment but they don’t even reply. Does that mean I am scammed for 185.99 Euros? Its a huge company with poor handling of financial stuff. I do not even know what to do now. Help me out please!

your account here in the community isn’t attached to any databaseentry, maybe because this was your first order from us in general, or do you also have another contract with us?
If this was your first order, did you receive anything like the order number or your customer id before it got canceled?
