Registration of E-Mail for new Mobile Contract (No Tariff)

Hi,

I ordered Xiaomi 10T Lite 5G as 24 month contract (Just Mobile) for 8 Euro Per Month.

I got my phone but I am not able to register as O2 Customer. I have not yet received the contract Number .

I have get email to confirm my Email but when i click the link it says i am not the customer.

When did your get the smartphone? The letter with the number comes a few days after the smartphone.
