Regarding the activation



Recently I bought a new offer for my O2 Sim. But still It is not activated. I bought the offer for the existing O2 number. May I know how can I contact the o2 people regarding this issue?

How can I know when offer will be activated ?

Offer: 24.99 monatlich unlimited data for junge leute.
