Hello! I couldn't get help from hotline or chats. So, I am asking here. I had an overdue bill which I paid via bank transfer. But, I forgot to put my customer number in the reference. What can I do about it now? Please help. Thank you in advance!

That’s of course unfortunate. If you think you can have a conversation over the phone or have someone that could translate for you, then I’d suggest that you contact our dunning as soon as possible. They’ll have to see if they can identify your payment and assign it to the correct account. You can reach them under the 089 78 79 79 456 from Monday til Friday between 8am and 6pm.
