Regarding Payment

So unfortunately I was unable to pay my last 2 phone bills due to being out of the country. Will the next payment cover all of the missing payments or do I need to go to a shop to pay the outstanding payments? Any help will be much appreciated as I am a student new to Germany and really don’t know how it works

Not sure what being out of the country has to do with not being able to pay bills, but have you not received emails from o2 about the late payments? You should transfer the outstanding amount to the account shown on the invoices quoting only your customer number as a reference. You can also do this in an o2 shop, but there is a fee (I think €1.50) for doing it that way.

Hello @Ryan Ngetich ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

If your bills are being paid by debit, then it shouldn’t matter that you were out of country for a bit, since that just keeps running unless your account itself wasn’t balaned during that time frame. In that case you’d have to transfer the money yourself at this point. The information for that you’d find on the bill itself. If you do have any further questions, please let us know.

Kind regards, Sven

My account was empty during the time frame I was out so yeah, that explains it. But thank you for the info, I’ve now settled my bill. :)
