Regarding Payment

Greetings!

I have a prepaid contract number. I did not know the amount would be automatically deduct from my bank account. When I got the notification to pay, I transferred the amount. And after that, the same amount was automatically deducted. So, I paid extra amount on my first payment. Is there anyway I can get that amount refunded? Thank you!

It is unfortunately not possible to refund the amount, because by a payout the account is always automatically deactivated. But the money is not lost, it is on your card and can be used for further payments at a later date.
