I ordered15pro max 256gb on 08.11.2023. It was rejected due to some reason. But still I didn’t get the refund of my deposit. Now it’s more than 4 weeks. Please let me know whats the problem with it? I am also attaching the transaction number XXXXXXX. Kindly have look on this matter, it is very serious for me.
