I tried to purchase new prepaid package 5 days ago but the website of o2 declined my credit card. However, in my bank account it looks like I have paid and I couldn’t get a refund. When I call the English callcenter. they gave me a new number only works in German and said me that I need to find someone who speaks in German and asks for help. I have 2 more weeks in Germany and then I will go back to my home country so I have a limited time to get my refund and I don’t think so that I can find someone in that time to help me. Is there any other way to get my refund?
