Refund and reorder


Hello, I ordered an iphone 13 pro with 36 months contract on 03/08/2022 and paid 5,99€. The order number is WSHW45xyz. It arrived on 05/08 but my landlord had not put my name on main door as I am new at the address, so it was returned and my order was cancelled automatically. I also received the cancellation email. But I have not received the refund of 5,99€ in my bank account and I can't place a new order now. I have my name on main door so that it won't get repeated again. Please help me to get the refund as well as in placing a new order. Thank you!

Hello @prem and welcome to our o2 community :-)

I am sorry to hear that yoiur new iPhone did not arrive and was sent back to us. :-/

After the device arrives at our warehouse it will be checked and after the checking procedure is finished succesful anything that was already payed for this device will be send back to your bank account. This may take some days but I am sure you will recieve your money back very soon.

After a delivery failed it may also take some time before a succesful order for a new device can be placed again. If you still can not order a new middle of the coming week I suggest to get either in touch with us or our customer service so a new order can be placed :-)

Hello , I got the refund of returned order as DHL was not able to deliver it for some reason. But I am unable to place a new order for same Handy vertrag. Please guide me to successfully place a new order. Thankyou!

Okay, When they arrived at my address ,they couldn't find the name because my landlord had failed to put my name at the main door as I have shifted here in this month of August. But now I have solved the problem with my landlord consultation. There is my name tag over the main door. So they can deliver the package successfully this time. Please get me place the order as soon as possible. Thankyou!

Thanks for your Update and good to know, that your landlord put your name tag on the front door (and mailbox i assume)
