I have made a mistake and didn't realize that I got charged 19,99€ for my Data Pack XL. I did an automatic recharge through Mein O2 App and automatically my credit directly deducted from said pack. I didn't planned on prolong the pack since I still have another Internet Pack active. Do I cancel immediately the Data Pack for a refund since I haven't used the pack at all or do I have to reach O2 to ask for refund.
