Refund after returning

Returned phone got the mail of refund but still didn't refunded the money which was charged from my account. would you please check how long it will take to get back my money into account.

Hi @SadiK1992 

obviously my collegues didn’t recognize the payment of the first installment in your account. I sent a note to refund the amount. Please check your bank account within 14 days notice.

When did you return the phone? Normally the refund can take approx. 14 days after the hardware was retuned.
