Refund after immediately cancelation

Hello!

 

After recharging my credit using PayPal from the official o2online website, I bought the my Prepaid Data Pack L. Afterward I decided I wanted to buy a new Pack and I chose the option to immediately cancel the my Prepaid Data Pack L. Can you please help me understand how the refund occurs in this case as I want to buy a new internet pack?

Hallo @fgGermany ,

 

the immediate cancellation is not the equivalent of a withdrawal That’s the reason you haven’t received a refund or any message regarding a payment. I’ve book the price of the pack to your prepaid account. You should receive a mail or SMS as confirmation, once the credit has been made available.
