Dear O2,

Today, I tried to change my prepaid from an old My Prepaid S plan to a new Prepaid S plan. My original intention is to activate the new plan after the old plan expires. But I accidentally activated the new plan immediately due to my weak German, and lacking of activation date option during my booking of the new Prepaid S plan.

My old My Prepaid S plan is still valid until the end of this month, and I haven’t use the data plan in the new Prepaid tariff. I would like to have a refund for this. Is this possible?
