Dear O2,
Today, when I tried to buy a new tariff for my o2 sim card, I accidentally bought a new tariff (All-Net Flat) on your phone customer service due to my weak German. This was totally by mistake and I had to pay 15 euros for a tariff which I will never use.
I would like to have a refund for this and give up on the tariff which I bought by accident. Is this possible?
