I mistakenly double tapped a deposit because I was trying to purchase something from the O2 app and now there’s extra money. How do i transfer back the money to my bank account

What exactly did you order by mistake? As a rule, everything can be resolved within the first fourteen days with a revocation. See our FAQ on this:

I was trying to deposit credit into my O2 account to get something online but as I clicked it it wasn’t working so I clicked it again and got debited twice so there’s extra money in my O2 account

if you’ve added extra money into the account that can be transfered back, but you can also have this be used up by the next charge that happens.
