I mistakenly double tapped the deposit button and added extra money to my O2 is there a way it can be transferred back to my bank account

Hello @Purplecloud ,

if you’ve added extra money into the account that can be transfered back, but you can also have this be used up by the next charge that happens.

I mistakenly double tapped a deposit because I was trying to purchase something from the O2 app and now there’s extra money. How do i transfer back the money to my bank account

I was trying to deposit credit into my O2 account to get something online but as I clicked it it wasn’t working so I clicked it again and got debited twice so there’s extra money in my O2 account
