I have ordered a Mac book Air , which was apparently cancelled by but I haven’t yet received the initial payment that was deducted from my account till this day.can you please help with getting it back?

Hello! I have been waiting for a month to get my money back, I went to the O2 store, I called the hotline, but nobody gave me a concrete answer... I ordered a Mac book Air and the order was refused but I didn't get the advance back!

I'm sorry that there have been delays in refunding your deposit. Is the amount already back in your account?

If your request is still open, please let us know whether you paid with a credit card, Paypal or instant bank transfer.

Repayment is always made to the payment method originally used, with Paypal or credit card usually within 10 days.

If you have not yet received the refund, please let us know so that we can check the payment. We will then contact you to request personal data via private message.
