So, i was 6 months tryin get a simcard in germany, as last email said only option for me is prepaid simcard which was lie, there is no option for ppl like me, so i went on shop ordered prepaid card for 70euro cuz normal tarif is 20 so why the hell not, i need the unlimited data while im traveling cuz im lorry driver and i like browsing internet on my free time, but after 10 days have nufin been delivered i call suport asking where is the simcard cuz money r on hold from my account... simple answer, we dont deliver from germany, so why the hell let me the system order and pay for sumfin u dont deliver, im expecting u cancel that pending order, or u change ur bussines politics and alow foregin workers freely buy a product, i dont see any problems in 2022 if u give me card, send me email with bill, i pay i go next month i dont ye im done, this is discr8minating fak. Hi @Remi04,

to active a prepaid SIM card you have to be in Germany. Therefore, I would suggest to buy the SIM card in a retail store in Germany. You will need a national ID card or a passport to activate the card.

Please be assured that these are in no way discriminatory circumstances. It is the case that sim cards etc. are not sent abroad. Did you order the card to a foreign address? And the order process was carried out and completed in this way?
And is it the case that the amount has already been debited? I couldn't quite figure that out from your post.

If something unfortunately went wrong, we'll definitely fix it!

But just as @MXP_Alex said - the easiest thing would be to conclude a contract directly in Germany.

The payment is on hold cuz o2 germany didnt accepted the payment, its been freezing those 75euro from my account

I pay the 74.85 with my debit card yes over standard payment gate, after like 10 days i was in city so i decided ask in shop hows my order cuz it wasnt delivered at tat tim i didnt know u didnt ship abroad, cu, the system let me go thru complete process, and as was understud its not an error wich automaticaly mean it is on purpose, which makes me angry cuz i hate incompetence, if i fu in my job people die, and i pay in full, i know i get my money back the issue here is the ststem error im pointing which is by nico no error, and whats the purpose of prepaid cards if i cant have one, u know im willing pay 70 euro per month for sumfin that u have niw for 20 and yet i cant have it

a german adress is requirement, which is sadly not documented within the order flow. I’m surprised your order went through with foreign adress. Finaly someone who see that as an issue and not like niko who thinks its ok, im php programer and my systems are at best possible quality, fak niko, thanx Kurt i hope maybe sale managers will make change and the products will b available for everyone
