Hi,

I bought EUR15 of credit for my pre laid plan but I provided a wrong phone number (missing one digit). How can get the money back? Can we fix the phone number to send the credit?

If I understood correctly, did you transfer the money to another number wich is not yours (because of the missing digit)?
In this case we can't do anything, because we don't have access to the other number unless you are the cardholder.


Unfortunately we cannot refund the money. I'm sorry.:sweat:

Actually the credit was not "sent" since, due to the missing number, it became an invalid phone number. As you can see in the image bellow, the delivery status is error, which means that O2 was not able to send the credit to any phone number. 

Is it possible to fix the phone number or get thr money back since I paid for a service that O2 is not able to deliver?

Wich way did you load up?

If you did it by wire transfer and we can't trace the money, you'll get it back.
However, this may take a little bit of time. If you have not received the money back within 14 days, please contact us again.
