when I  go to "https://www.o2online.de/", then login and  "Mein O2" then "Rechnung & Guthaben", it redirects me to https://hilfe.o2online.de/ that's all.

How can i access to my bill?

are you trying to open a bill for a postpaid contract?

If so, please try this link:

www.o2online.de/goto/rechnung-download

You forum account is not connected to a contract. If it is about a postpaid contract, please try logging in with the number.

yes i bought a iPhone without contract and now i wan to access to “Rechnung & Guthaben” but i can not. i don't have o2 number so how can i access to “Rechnung & Guthaben” is there any way that i can to connect my account to a contract?

actually i don't have contract number, because i did not get contract with email.every time i tried to confirm my email i’ve got an error like last message. i just get email with order number. WS_x_x_x_x_5853


the contract number is on the invoice after the delivery of the mobile phone.

it is not possible to register beforehand

thanks for the details! @fritz04 is correct: You’ll receive the contract shortly after the device itself. The account can only be created after the activation of the contract (which normally happens the day after the delivery).

Please let us know if you run into any troubles during the registration.
