There is no monthly bill for a phone, just one invoice for the purchase price. This is usually sent by post shortly after you receive the phone.

Yes the installment plan, I want to see to it. How do I do it? Just for my safety that I wanted to see the installment plan. 

It should be together with the invoice by post but you can also register the contract in the customer portal and see it there: https://login.o2online.de/idm/#/registrieren/start

It’s indicated with the invoice that I have received per Post. But still, I just would like to see how much have I already paid and how much is my balance.  I did try to register with this link, should I choose as I am a Myhandy customer?

I don’t know if there is a technical error but it always says my username is already used, I have already tried all the possible username. 

Hello @AnneJelly, no matter what new username you come up with, you always get the error message that the username is already taken?
