I see that in Rauenberg, Baden-Württemberg, our LTE network does have performance issues, which might be caused by an overload situation.
Do you use a mobile number or internet via LTE Homespot at your address?

So you only use your cell phone? Did you already have problems with reception before 12/10?

I dont think i ahve any problem with reception before. Just i wonder why that situation happend and any solution if it happens again?

right now there are still ongoing performance issues in the area on a few trasmission towers. I dont know what exactly caused this situation, most of the time its an outtage and the net is overloaded.
Do you maybe have a home internet connection to use WiFi? With WiFi there are also WiFi-Calls possible if the mobile connection is overloaded.
