Question regarding the bill


Hi there. I am a new customer, just received my Homespot today and it works very nicely. I have a question regarding my bill. I will soon be moving and gave the address of my office. Is there any way I can get the bill only in email each month?

No. o2 makes the invoices available for retrieval in "Mein o2", in a protected manner. Sending by e-mail is not offered by o2. You will be notified by e-mail when a new invoice is available in "Mein o2". 


Well crap 😂 I am trying to access Mein o2 for three days and it does not work. I have to email someone about it. Thank you for your reply!


o2 does not offer customer service by e-mail. 

Please make sure that you have registered your contract for "Mein o2". Otherwise access is not possible.
Cookies must be accepted and no ad blocker may be active.

I am sorry to hear that you seem to have challenges accessing the Mein o2 area. Is there a special point whetre it does not work as expected? Did you already register the mobile phone number of the SIM card in the o2 Homespot?

After registering you can also use the Mein o2 App on your smartphone to access all tariff details and your invoices :-)

Hi @o2_Lars! I cannot seem to confirm my email because it always goes to the page “We are sorry we are having technical difficulties”.

And when I go and login to Mein o2, I get transferred to hilfe.o2online.de every time and Mein o2 never opens. I do plan on getting an o2 SIM card for my mobile phone as well (I currently only have a hotspot), but this problem is getting tiresome a bit.

I am happy to help you. Please register at “Mein o2” with your mobile phone number of your o2 my Data Spot-tariff. Please use this link: Registration at "Mein o2" Then choose the item “Ich bin Mobilfunk-Kunde” and follow the instructions.
