Hi,

After I transfer my contract to another person, how can I stop monthly automatic payment from my bank account?

welcome to our English Community. 

 

As you are not anymore the contract owner of the contract, you have no possibility to change anything. 

 

Can you contact the new owner of the contract and ask him to change his bank details? The new owner can use this document: SEPA 

 

I hope you manage to contact the new owner.
