did you get the emails with the Bestellbestätigung and Auftragsbestätigung? 
Please take a look in your Spam.

Because it’s possible that you have to pay a smart bill to activate the hole Process. 
The order takes 3-5 Days for delivery.

Thanks, yes I have already got the Auftragsbestätigung of my ipad and pencil, and another question is that I did pay 1 euro smart bill to the order of Macbook yesterday but still haven’t got the Auftragsbestätigung, is this normal?

try to stay calm. The system is sometimes a little wired. Can you see the iPad in your O2 App under Orders? 
A Moderator is looking here and can see if the order is completed.

Good morning, sorry for asking this again, I was informed that the device which are Sofort lieferbar are supposed to be sent in 2 or 3 days, but it’s already 4days since I ordered the ipad and pencil, the status in Bestellstatus is still in Beitbeartung ,I don’t know why. this is very important to me and I wonder if you can help me to check when the devices will be handled to DHL or other mail company, thanks so much

The delivery status hasn´t changed yet. As soon as possible the orders will be shipped.
