Dear All,


 For last four months I am getting excessive bill in my phone number. Once I have asked in the o2 store they have said a lot of additional things switched on uin my mobile, which is very suspicious for me. i never ever did such things. I am getting 235, 271, 178 euro bill in my postpaid number. Last two months I have not paid the bill as I feel i am in a trap. Could you please help me out in this situation. I am incapable of paying these amounts for my number now.

What exacty are you being charged for? What “additional things”?

I can see several third-party subscriptions in your bill (on page 3/3). If you don’t need those subscriptions you can contact the providers which are listed on page 3 of your invoice.

If you don’t want to use any third-party services, you have the option to block all third-party-services in general.
