Query regarding recent call from +49 176 88854922

Hello,

I recently received a call from this number +49 176 88854922 .

The person was informing me regarding some 50% discount offer.

I'm not sure if I understand all the information correctly from him.

I told him that no changes should be made to my current contracts.

He called me again after 10 minutes and also sent an email which consisted of details regarding

email subject - Important information about your selected o2 product

I again informed him that please make no changes to my current contract.

I'm not sure if some changes have been made to my current contract.

Can the support team over here please help me understand regarding this and let me know that no additional charges have been made to my current contracts.

I would highly appreciate if someone can help me on this topic and let me know in case any changes or additional charges or packs have been added to my current contracts.

I do not request for any new additions and hence want to make sure nothing is changed for my contract.

thanks

Edit by o2_Steffen: Same question → Topic put together

Hello @mandeep.singh,

if you did not got any e-mail about new Details ord Contract Data, then there was no change.=)

Are you able to login into your meino2-Account to check your Conntrag, Tariff, Data?
Best regards

Steffen

Thanks @o2_Steffen for your response.

I only got the email after his first call which has a PDF Attached with title (Gesetzliche Pflichtinformationen) , however it is written at the bottom of the email - Bitte beachten Sie, dass durch Zusendung dieser Informationen noch kein Vertrag zustande kommt .

Also, the attached PDF has some information regarding my active pack but does not includes my contract number, my personal details like name / number or other details. It looks more like an offer pdf but I’m not sure.

He called me second time and said he’s calling to make a record, but I told him that no additional changes are required at this time.

When I log-in to my meino2-Account , I do not see any changes to my tariff or any notification.

Everything looks the same.

I still want to make sure that no additional changes have been made to my existing contracts.

@o2_Steffen  Can you please double check for me that no changes have been to my existing contracts ? I would really appreciate if you can double check this and let me know on this concern.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Hello @mandeep.singh,

thank you for your message.
This message: "Please note that sending this information does not constitute a contract." actually means what you already assume, that it is an offer.
However, in order to give you security and to know that nothing has changed in any way, I can offer you that we call you up in the private messages to request the corresponding information from you, so that we can take a closer look for you.
Would that be in your interest? Just let us know and I'll explain to you exactly how it works and what information we need from you.

Kind regards
Jessica
