PUK not worfking


My sim is locked because of entering wrong pin, and when i enter My PUK it says wrong PUK.

stores are closed, Hotlines are not answered. what should be done??

if possible, look at the “meinO2”  Website.

Tried “mein O2” but no use.

The PUK was given to you in the letter with the SIM card. Do you still have this letter?

Please contact the hotline. They can tell you the PUK.
