Hello,I got a new sim card O2. I activated it and it was working fine. Now after I restarted my phone, it is asking for a PIN and says SIM locked. Unfortunately, I don't have the SIM kit and I don't speak much German. 

I can't solve my problem via Hotline as I don't speak German.

Can you help me?

You can find the new PIN and PUK in “Mein o2”

You can find them on the sim holder too

 


I have lost the SIM holder. 

 

And the online link says

Are you logged into Mein o2 with your phone number?


No. I didn’t complete my registration with mobile number yet
