I remembered my PIN on the fourth try. Unfortunately, only three attempts are allowed. Now I need my PUK, which I have read, on My O2, but I cannot register with MyO2 because I do not have a contract number with me. And I can't open the O2 on my device either. Advice welcome.

here you’ll find a list of our hotlines. They’re free if your’re calling from a tariff with german landline or mobile flat.

If you’re calling from outside germany maybe our WhatsApp channel is the better option regarding tolls and maybe time zone?!
