Please note down that I have placed an order of PS5 with a SIM Card and later I have found out the Address that o2 Webpage have taken was wrong and I have called 02 to check the address and it was shipping to a wrong address and told them to cancel the SIM and send it to new address and same for PS5.
Now I have received the PS5 on 19.12.2020 and sim as well and I have called your helpline to check for SIM and they told me that only PS5 Contract exists and the amount will be deducted from my account automatically and I have to again order for SIM which I did and it’s been more than 4 days I have not received the SIMs.
Now Yesterday I have received an Email from Online Shop which says That ‘’Thank you for your Message and Please return the device within 14 days withdrawal period’’
I have not sent any Email first of all and neither requested for Return of the device. I have already wrote to the Email and I have mentioned them I want to keep the device as well along with the New SIM Contract that I have ordered. I have not requested for a Return of the Device and want to keep paying for both SIM and device.
My New Contract order is WSXXXXXXXX60. Kindly check the communication that I have with your representative on 19.12.2020 in which he has confirmed that my contract for PS 5 exists and the amount will be deducted automatically and I also placed the order for replacement SIMs.
Now I want to keep the device as well as the SIMs and as agreed the amount will be deducted monthly from the attached bank account with this contract.
