PS5 NAT Type 3

Hi there,

I have an unlimited contract, and I’ve recently bought a TP-Link router which works fine except that I’m still getting NAT type 3 on my PS5,

Now I have read that you can get a public IPv4 address for 50 € and that should solve my problem, if so, can someone please turn it on for me? it’s for the phone number (713) at the end.

I activated Ipv4 on your unlimited contract. Please restart the device and take care of APN “netpublic”. If it doesn’t work at all tell us. We will refund the one-time fee an deactivate the option.

Hello Rai1,

yeah the Public ipv4 should solve your issue. 

The o2 Team replys after 7-14 days so If you want to use it faster you can use the chat or hotline https://www.o2online.de/kontakt/

After you ordered the new IP you need to Change your APN to netpublic and enable UPnP
